Prepare to be enchanted by the dense acacia and mixed woodland, dominated by towering baobab and ancient doum palm trees. Tarangire is renowned for its annual migration of animals during the dry season, offering a
mesmerizing spectacle.

After an early breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in time for lunch. Ngorongoro’s caldera harbors a stunning wildlife sanctuary, boasting abundant pastures and permanent water sources. The crater floor supports a thriving population of 20,000 to 25,000 large mammals, including wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, buffalo, eland, kongoni (Coke’s hartebeest), and warthogs.
These animals are not confined within the crater walls but choose to stay due to the favorable conditions. Grazing animals dominate the grassy crater floor, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.

Embark on a scenic drive to Lake Manyara, reaching the park by lunchtime. Lake Manyara is renowned for its famous tree-climbing lions and boasts the highest density of elephants per square kilometer in Tanzania. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by the lush forest, home to lively troops of baboons and blue monkeys. The adjacent Hippo Pool is inhabited by wallowing buffaloes and hippos. Moving further, you’ll encounter a captivating acacia woodland where, during the heat of the day, lions can be spotted leisurely resting on the branches. This behavior is unique to the lions of Manyara.
After an exciting game drive, return to Arusha, where you’ll catch your flight back home.
