Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon arrival at either Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may opt for an Arusha city tour, visiting highlights such as the Cultural Heritage art gallery, bustling local markets, and the Maasai Market for unique souvenirs.

Day 2: Materuni Waterfalls, Coffee Tour & Chemka Hot Springs
After breakfast, your adventure begins at 7:00 am with a scenic 2-hour drive through the charming villages of Kishumundu and Kilimanjaro en route to Materuni. On arrival, enjoy a guided 45-minute hike through lush greenery to the spectacular Materuni Waterfalls. Take in the beauty, relax, and, if you wish, cool off with a refreshing swim.
Back in the village, experience a traditional coffee-making tour and savor a local lunch featuring specialties like banana soup. In the afternoon, continue to the enchanting Chemka Hot Springs, where you can unwind in the crystal-clear waters and let the “Garra Rufa” fish give you a natural pedicure. Later, return to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Safari to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart from your lodge at 7:45 am for a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its immense elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers rich wildlife viewing. From your open-roof safari vehicle, spot giraffes, zebras, impalas, lions, leopards, and countless bird species along the Tarangire River and surrounding savannah.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic location inside the park before continuing your game drive. In the evening, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha
An early start at 5:00 am takes you on a 2-hour drive to the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. Carrying a packed breakfast and lunch, you’ll descend into this vast natural wonder—a UNESCO World Heritage Site spanning 260 square kilometers with a diameter of about 20 kilometers.
The crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and, with some luck, the rare black rhino. Spend 5–6 hours exploring before enjoying your meals inside the crater. In the late afternoon, return to Arusha, arriving around 6:00 pm.
