Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari adventure begins! After breakfast, you’ll be picked up from your hotel for a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. From the open roof of your safari vehicle, explore the park’s swamps, savannahs, and the Tarangire River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife including giraffes, impalas, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, elephants, and countless bird species. Lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic picnic site before continuing your game drive. In the evening, settle into your campsite inside the park for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Sunrise Safari & Cultural Visit in Mto wa Mbu
Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Tarangire, when animals are most active. After breakfast, enjoy more wildlife viewing before heading to Mto wa Mbu, a vibrant town nestled at the foot of the Rift Valley. After lunch, immerse yourself in local culture by visiting banana plantations, rice fields, local markets, traditional art workshops, and nearby waterfalls. This unique experience can be explored on foot or by bicycle. Dinner and overnight at Fig Tree Lodge.

Day 3: Journey to Serengeti & Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park. The scenic 4–5 hour drive passes through the Ngorongoro Highlands before opening onto the endless plains of the Serengeti. Along the way, enjoy wildlife sightings and stop for a picnic lunch at Naabi Hill Gate. In the afternoon, embark on your first Serengeti game drive. As the sun sets over the savannah, continue to Seronera Campsite (Tumbili) for dinner and overnight under the stars.

Day 4: Full-Day Serengeti Exploration
Spend the day immersed in the wonders of the Serengeti. Begin with a sunrise game drive, then return to camp for breakfast. With a packed lunch, head back into the park for a full-day safari. Search for the Big Five—lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino—while also appreciating over 500 recorded bird species, from ostriches striding across the plains to eagles soaring above. Return to camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti Sunrise Game Drive & Transfer to Ngorongoro
Start early (around 6:00 am) with a sunrise game drive—one of the best times to witness predators returning from a night’s hunt. Enjoy a bush breakfast at a scenic picnic spot before continuing your drive. Return to camp for a hot lunch, then pack up and journey toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. Dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite, perched on the crater rim with breathtaking views.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha

This vast caldera (20 km wide, 260 sq km) shelters nearly every East African species, including elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and the rare black rhino. Spend 5–6 hours exploring this incredible ecosystem, with breakfast and lunch enjoyed inside the crater. In the afternoon, ascend the crater walls and return to Arusha, arriving around 5–6 pm.
