This 7 days adventure offers an affordable private safari through Tanzania’s Northern Circuit, covering Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. A unique highlight is the walking safari in Serengeti, where you’ll explore the plains on foot with an armed ranger.

You’ll travel in a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof for prime wildlife viewing, enjoy game drives at your own pace, and spend nights camping inside Serengeti and at Ngorongoro Crater’s rim — an unforgettable experience in the wild.

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN ARUSHA

Pickup from Kilimanjaro/Arusha Airport and transfer to Karibu Heritage House. Depending on arrival time, optional city tour including the Cultural Heritage Centre and Maasai Market.

DAY 2 – ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for elephants, baobab trees, and predators. Full-day game drive with picnic lunch. Overnight in Mto wa Mbu.

DAY 3 – TARANGIRE TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Travel via Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti. Stop at Ngorongoro viewpoint (weather permitting). Picnic lunch en route, followed by afternoon game drive.

DAY 4 – FULL-DAY GAME DRIVE IN SERENGETI

Spend the whole day in Serengeti. Morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, wildebeests, and over 500 bird species.

DAY 5 – WALKING SAFARI & GAME DRIVE (SERENGETI)

Morning walking safari in Serengeti with an armed ranger — a chance to explore on foot and connect with nature. Afternoon game drive until sunset.

DAY 6 – SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO (SIMBA CAMPSITE)

Early sunrise game drive with packed breakfast. After lunch, depart Serengeti and head to Ngorongoro for overnight at Simba Campsite on the crater rim.

DAY 7 – NGORONGORO CRATER & RETURN TO ARUSHA

Descend 600m into Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour game drive. Spot rhinos, hippos, elephants, lions, and more. Afternoon drive back to Arusha (arrival around 5–6 pm). End of tour.
